The Star public house - Drain problem persists

The weather on Saturday was the best day this year so far. I went out with a few friends in the evening and we decided to sit outside The Star. Within a minute we had to move inside as the unwelcome smell of drains engulfed us yet again.

What is going on here? Have the staff become immune to the smell? They really need to sort this before the summer as I fear the problem might get worse and worse.
